202 DEFC North Winter Competitive Training Program (U8/U9/U10)

Don't let your soccer skills go cold over the Winter season!

Our Winter Competitive program provides continued training and development, January through February. Training sessions will include technical skill development and small sided games and activities. Sessions are focused around being comfortable on the ball and having the ability to create space while dribbling. We will challenge players skill level in tight situations in order to increase their speed of play, creativity in possession, first touch and confidence on the ball.

Program is not limited to current Delaware FC competitive players. Any players interested in experiencing the Delaware FC competitive program are welcome to sign up. Players will be separated and trained based on level.

Boys Winter Competitive Details

Training will be twice per week. The schedule will be once on a Saturday and one evening per week. Evening groups will be split by age and/or level.

Training Dates:

- Saturdays 10:30-12:30 @ Smith Estates - 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8*, 2/15*, 2/23
- Weekday evenings @ Grail Sports beginning the week of 1/6 through the week of 2/24.
- 2018/2019 Boys - Monday 5:15-6:30
- 2017 Boys - Monday 6:30-7:45
- 2016 Boys - Wednesday 5:15-6:30
- 2015 Boys - Wednesday 6:30-7:45

Playday Scrimmage Events

- Sunday 1/19 @ Cape Henlopen High School
- Saturday 2/22 in Middletown. Location TBD

Tournament

- DEFC Winter Futsal Classic: Saturday 2/8 or Sunday 2/16

Winter Program Cost = $450
